Kraljic' sourcing matrix
The model below is inspired by the so-called 'Kraljic sourcing strategies matrix.' The matrix gives a basic insight in a company's (or, in this case, legal department's) optimal product or service sourcing strategy. The matrix identifies the preferred strategy by plotting the value adding nature of activities (i.e. the extent to which a company's or legal department's activities differentiate from 'competitors') alongside the available compentences within the company (or legal department).
